Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with a unboxing video, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unboxing video is essential for damage claim verification and missing the same shall make the damage claims void.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
1.2 To cancel, please contact our support team at enzargreentech@gmail.com with your Order ID.
1.3 Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may instead follow the Returns process if eligible.
1.4 If an order is cancelled successfully, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
2.1 Due to the delicate and perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns for plants once delivery has been accepted, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
2.2 For non-plant items (e.g., pots, accessories, gardening tools), returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered and reported within the time window.
2.3 Return claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence post opening the package recieved.
3. How To Raise a Return/Refund Request
3.1 Contact customer support at enzargreentech@gmail.com with:
• Order number
• Photos showing the damaged or incorrect product
• Date and time of delivery
3.2 Our team will review your submission and notify you of acceptance within 3 business days post recieving the request.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
4.2 Shipping costs (if any) are refundable only if the error is on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item shipped).
5. Replacement Policy
5.1 If available, we may offer a replacement item of the same product instead of a refund.
5.2 Replacements are subject to verification of the issue and stock availability.
6. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
6.1 We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Live plants accepted without reporting issues within the allowed timeframe
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling or care
• Change of mind or personal preference after delivery
6.2 Any product where required evidence (e.g., photos) is missing or reports are made beyond the policy time window.
7. General Notes
7.1 Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
7.2 Accepting a package without checking for obvious damage may affect your ability to claim a return/refund.
7.3 We reserve the right to update or amend this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be posted here.
