Monstera 'white monster'

Monstera 'White Monster' is a rare variegated tropical plant prized for its striking white-and-green foliage. It thrives in bright indirect light, which helps maintain strong variegation without scorching the white sections of the leaves. Avoid harsh afternoon sun, but low light may reduce growth and variegation.

Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry. Keep the soil lightly moist but never soggy, as overwatering can lead to root rot. A chunky, well-draining aroid mix with bark, perlite, and coco peat works best.

This plant prefers warm temperatures, moderate to high humidity, and good airflow. Wipe leaves occasionally to remove dust and support healthy photosynthesis. Since white leaves contain less chlorophyll, growth may be slower than regular Monsteras. Feed monthly with a balanced fertilizer during the growing season and provide a moss pole or support for larger mature growth.
