Bolbitis fern, is a distinctive aquatic or semi-aquatic fern admired for its delicate, deeply lobed, dark green fronds. Native to tropical regions of Africa and Asia, it is often used in aquariums and terrariums for its lush, verdant appearance.

Lighting: Prefers low to moderate, indirect light. Too much direct sunlight can lead to leaf burn, while too little light can slow growth.
Watering: Thrives in consistently moist conditions. In aquariums, it absorbs nutrients directly from the water. In terrestrial settings, keep the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged.
Humidity: High humidity is crucial. Regular misting helps maintain adequate moisture levels, especially in terrariums.
Temperature: Ideal temperatures range between 68-82°F (20-28°C). Avoid exposing the fern to cold drafts or sudden temperature fluctuations.
Fertilization:In aquariums, nutrient-rich water or liquid fertilizers provide necessary nutrients. In pots or terrariums, a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer) is beneficial.
Pruning and Support: Trim dead or yellowing fronds to maintain plant health and aesthetics.
