Colocasia black lava
Large, glossy, dark maroon leaves with pink veins extending outward are characteristic of Colocasia Black Lava. a visually arresting feature in any tropical setting. With a few exceptions, colocasia can be trained to withstand more intense sunshine than other houseplants by gradually increasing their exposure to the sun throughout the upcoming month. The optimal time to complete this process is in the fall or early winter, when the sun's rays are the lowest.
While the heaters are running, make a humidity tray to give your plant a consistent, moist atmosphere. Its leaf tips may begin to curl and brown if the temperature is too hot or the saturation level is too low, especially in direct sunshine.
Best Conditions: Full sun to partial shade; moist to wet soil
